Each project has several aspects that make it unique. My experience allows me to find the right solution tailored to these aspects.

| Methodology | Depending on the regulatory aspects of the requirements, their depth and completeness, an agile or classical methodology can be applied. The degree of identification and communication with stakeholders plays a big role. I have experience with both agile (Scrum, Kanban) and classic (Waterfall, V-Model, Spiral Model, RUP) |
| Best Practices | Best practices always contribute to the success of a project. The PRINCE2 methodology, in which I am certified, offers solutions that I apply in the projects entrusted to me. |
| Shoring | Depending on the budget and circumstances, a project can be carried out in a combination of onshore (same location with the client), nearshore (usually a partner from a close, financially advantageous destination) or farshore (more distant and financially advantageous destination) |
